Talking to you was great. I think you and Rachna can follow the words of Nick Hobbs...Changing the world one child at a time. Modelling appropriate behavior for them is the right way to go. Teaching them about reinforcement and positive intermittent reinforcement without punishment sounds like a goal worth striving for. I am proud of you and your attietudes are amazing!

We are Rachna and Jessi, Ingram Scholars from Vanderbilt University.
We are traveling to India to visit Rachna's grandmother and then volunteering in Nepal with the Global Volunteer Network.
